Shareka is the founder and president of FLOW Virginia. Additionally, Shareka is the founder of and practicing clinician of LegaCEE Counseling and Consulting established in 2019. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) that specializes in childhood trauma, behavioral disorders and life transitions. As an LPC, she also provides clinical supervision to those seeking hours towards residency. Shareka offers pro-bono mentoring services and is clinical director for several community based mental health agencies. Shareka obtained her master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2015 and has been making efforts to promote social change since then. Furthermore, Shareka has been a proud member of National Association of Black Counselors (NABC) for over two years. Within NABC, she is co-chair and developer of the Mentoring Program and Member at Large of the executive committee. Personally, she loves to travel, learn about differing cultures and is a proud fur mom to her morkie.

Joshua is Vice President and Head of Grantmaking at Siegel Family Endowment, where he explores technology's societal impacts across learning, infrastructure, and workforce dynamics. In his role, Joshua strategically directs investments and cultivates partnerships within SFE's focus areas. Previously, Joshua was Director of Strategic Initiatives at CSforALL, a partner organization of SFE. Here, he spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing the capacity of school districts and educational agencies to deliver comprehensive computer science education to all students. With over a decade of experience in domestic and international education, Joshua has dedicated his career to advancing science education, instructional leadership, and pedagogical practices. Notably, he co-founded a network of low-cost private schools in South Africa and Kenya.
